General Policies

 

  • Weekends require 2 night stay
  • Holidays require 3 night stay
  • Rates based on 2 person occupancy
  • Additional persons add $25.00 per night
  • You must be 21 years of age and have a credit card in your name to book the cabin.
  • No smoking inside cabin. Smoking permitted outside of cabin, ashtray provided on porch.
  • 100% of payment due at time of booking reservation via a valid credit card. 
  • During the winter months we do recommend a four wheel drive vehicle. 

Cancellation Policies

 

  • Cancellation Policy There is a $50 cancellation fee on all reservations.
  • 30  days prior to reservation if cancellation occurs you will receive 100%  of your payment minus the Cancellation fee of $50.00. 
  • 15 days prior to  reservation if cancellation occurs you will receive 50% of your payment  minus the Cancellation fee of $50.00. 
  • 7 days prior to reservation if  cancellation occurs you will not receive a refund. 
  • No refunds for early  departures or inclement weather.
